Q: Can I continue to use my Outlook, Entourage or other email application software when I sign up to be protected by PureInbox™
YES: Simply sign up for PureInbox™ and continue to use your current email application. Your current Inbox will display your Wanted messages, and PureInbox™ will collect and hold your Spam in Quarantine in case you wish to check them.
Q: Can I receive attachments while using PureInbox?
YES: All attachments are delivered without being scanned or read.
Q: Beside Anti-Spam protection,do you also offer Anti-Virus protection?
YES: PureInbox also provides Anti-Virus protection for emails, however it is also recommended that you continue to use your current Anti-Virus product as well.
Q: Do you support Yahoo™ and Hotmail™, MSN™ etc?
YES: With our Powerful Accounts Consolidation, almost ALL of your other existing email accounts can be protected by PureInbox.
Q: Do I need to tell my ISP or mail providers that I'm using PureInbox™?
NO: After you sign up an account in PureInbox™ you will have an additional email account (yourname@pureinbox.com), which is independent from your ISP or mail providers. Even if you want to protect your other existing email accounts by PureInbox™, after you have added them in the settings, Consolidator will automatically connect to those accounts.
Q: During the process of providing Anti-Spam protection, will PureInbox™ read my emails? Or can other empolyees in PureInbox™ read my email?
PureInbox™'s Anti-Spam engine is powered by eW@LL™ MAIL Technology. One of the benefits of eW@LL™ MAIL is that, unlike content filtering technologies, eW@LL™ MAIL does not need to read or analyze the contents of emails to block spam. As a result, eW@LL™ MAIL can provide a very high level of security and privacy protection.
Q: Do I have to install anything in my computer?
No. Users do not have to install anything in their computers. PureInbox™ is a web-based solution. After signing up, users can receive the protection of PureInbox™ without any further installation.
Q: With what email programs does PureInbox™ work?
Any Email program that supports the POP3 or IMAP protocol.

Q: Does PureInbox™ work with automated emails?
Yes. You can use our eSmart™ Addresss function in PureInbox™ to receive emails from automated addresses. (e.g.ad@amazon.com).
Q: Can I cancel or uninstall the service if I do not like PureInbox™?
Yes. PureInbox™ allows each individual user to uninstall PureInbox™ in their settings.
Q: When using an eSm@rt™ addresses, can I check to see who has exposed my email address to a third party?
Yes. eSm@rt™ address will also give the recipient an indication as to who has sold their address or whether the address was in fact harvested.
For example, an eSm@rt™ address was created and used to subscribe to an online service of a company and the eSm@rt™ address was the only address used to communicate with the company.
(The company's policy should be that they would neither release your email address to a third party nor show your email address online.) If, however, you receive an unwanted message a week after submitting your eSm@rt address to a company, you can be assured that the company exposed your eSm@rt™ address to a third party.
For example, an eSm@rt™ address was created and used to subscribe to an online service of a company and the eSm@rt™ address was the only address used to communicate with the company.

Q: How do I change my PureInbox™ password?
Simply go to: Preferences ›› Consolidation ›› re-type your password, and click "ADD".
Q: Will PureInbox™ delay my email?
There is virtually no delay.
Q: What if I change my ISP or email providers?
If there is any change to your login information of the accounts that you have added in Consolidator, you have to update that in Consolidator setting.
